What is your price for Therapeutic Services?
Fees & Sessions
Intake Session (60 minutes): $200
Your first session includes a comprehensive assessment where we talk through your history, current challenges, strengths, and goals. This deeper foundation helps us create a plan that actually fits your life and moves you toward meaningful change.
Ongoing Therapy Sessions (50 minutes): $175
Regular sessions focus on support, skills, and growth. I use a blend of evidence-based approaches—CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, harm reduction, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, strength-based practice, the empowerment approach, and the systems theory—tailored to what works best for you.
We also offer sliding scale spots on a limited basis (please contact us to see if any are available)
Do you take insurance or are you only private pay?
I am private-pay only. This allows you to:
• Access therapy without insurance limitations or diagnostic requirements
• Choose the frequency and style of sessions that work for you
• Maintain full privacy (no third-party reporting)
• Receive support that’s tailored specifically—not restricted by insurance policies
Superbills for out-of-network reimbursement can be provided upon request.
We also offer Sliding Scale spots on a limited basis (please contact us to see if any are available)
How and where are your sessions held?
All therapy sessions are Telehealth and you must be in Massachusetts. Sessions are conducted via HIPAA compliant Google Meets. This gives you flexibility, privacy, and ease—no commute, no waiting room, and more consistency in your care.
What can I expect in therapy?
Therapy is a supportive, collaborative space where we focus on your goals. Our sessions are conversations centered on your experiences, feelings, and patterns. Together, we’ll explore what’s working, what feels difficult, and new ways to move forward. Each session is tailored to what you need.
Why do I have to be in Massachusetts to work with you therapeutically?
I am a LCSW in Massachusetts, therefore all people I provide therapy to must be in Massachusetts.
What does LCSW mean?
This means I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have completed my Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree as well as training after I completed my degrees and a licensure exam. This allows me to practice ethically with evidence based modalities to treat your mental health.
